Calm Air flight CAV-6790 , ATR-42-300 registration C-FECI from Winnipeg to Island Lake took off from Winnipeg airport runway 18 and was climbing when the crew reported a left bleed system problem and asked to divert back to Winnipeg airport.Airplane stayed VFR and landed safely

 

On 17 October 2013 the Canadian TSB reported that company maintenance replaced the left high pressure valve and the aircraft was returned to service.
