American Eagle flight MQ-3169 , Embraer ERJ-145 from Springfield,MO to Dallas Fort Worth international airport took off from Springfield and it was in the initial climb when the crew reported a strong electrical smell in the cockpit.The crew stopped the climb at FL160 advised the tower and diverted to Northwest Arkansas regional airport for a safe landing
