Pskovavia flight PSW-1935 , Antonov An-24 registration RA-46473 from Pskov to Moscow Domodedovo airport with 24 passengers and 4 crew members it was approaching Domodedovo airport runway 14R under fog when the airplane landed outside runway to the right about 200m into soft frozen ground.Nobody injured and airplane didn't receive some damage
The airport released a statement confirming the incident
