US Airways Flight US-4560 de Havilland Canada DHC-8 registration N934HA leased from Piedmont Airlines performing flight from Philadelphia to Newark with 31 passengers and 3 crew members it was in approach phase at Newark airport when the crew noticed that they cann't retract the landing gears they climb back at 3000 feet entering a hold patern and tried manual to rectract the landing gears without success.After that pilot decided to land with belly on Newark runway 04L.Airplane landed safely without noone to injured
