Aerocon flight A4-25 , Swearingen SA227 Metro III registration CP-2754 , from Trinidad to Riberalta Bolivia with 16 passengers and 2 crew members landed at Riberalta on runway 14 under heavy rain and low visibility but overrun the end of runway , crashed caught fire and diverted up side down killing 8 passengers.2 people received serious injuries
