Miniliner Fokker 27-500 registration I-MLVT, on behalf of Europe Post cargo flight 5O-5921 from Paris Charles de Gaulle to Dole-Jura took off from Paris airport and was in the initial climb when the left hand propeller separated hit the fuselage at the side making a hole and fell down in ground.The crew declared an emergency and diverted back to Charles de Gaulle airport that landed safely

 

The next day the propeller engine was found inside a garden about 2km east from airport

 

On 27 October 2013 the French BEA reported that little bit after take off airplane suffered an uncontained engine failure , and the propeller blade passed through the fuselage

 

On 8 November 2013 the French BEA reported that first tests of propeller blade revealed fatigue failure of the screw.Also reported that when the propeller passed through the fuselage cut some cables that it was cables that providing information to black boxes.So there are no data
